I was one of the first agents nationwide to receive the training to receive the designation of SFR (Short Sale and Foreclosure Resource) Short sales and foreclosures are the new �traditional� real estate transaction. Knowing how to help sellers maneuverthe complexities of short sales as well as help buyers pursue short sale and foreclosure opportunities are not merely good skills to have in today's market they are crucial.
As a professional real estate agent, my responsibility goes much further than just finding the right house. I have to know what is happening around that house so that your investment can be protected. To do that, I maintain a knowledge of the area. I have been President of the Issaquah Chamber of Commerce and presently sit on the Planning Policy Commission. I work directly with the city, the legislature and the school district. I know the transportation plan, the rules and regulations that could prohibit utilization of your property, planned development for the area and the benefits of each area or subdivision. I have been honored as Issaquah Business Person of the year, and have received awards from the Association of Realtors. I am committed to my clients and work hard to get them any information that will help them make the right decision.
